Shipping

We currently ship to all EU countries and are proud to see our garments confidently worn by riders of all nationalities.

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we work with trusted carriers such as InPost, UPS and DPD.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days* after payment confirmation.
Show jackets are made to order, so your parcel will be shipped once your garment is ready — we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Estimated delivery times:
- Poland: 1-2 business days
- European Union: 3-5 business days, depending on the carrier and dispatch date

* delivery times are given by the carriers and may be longer due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected carrier and destination.
Orders within the European Union are duty-free.
Please be aware that all products are shipped from Poland.

Every order is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and securely packed in an eco-friendly box, with an additional outer layer for extra protection.

Free shipping is available in the EU for every competition coat order (DPD & InPost).
If a package is not collected and returned to us, re-shipping costs will apply.
APLAUZ is not responsible for customs delays or failed delivery attempts. If a package is unclaimed and sent back, all shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
During peak seasons, such as holidays, delivery times may be slightly extended.

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.
