Since each jacket is made to order, the process usually takes about 5–9 weeks. We operate in monthly cycles, so the day of your order within the month affects the waiting time. To receive your coat in approximately 5 weeks, it's best to place your order before the month ends. Orders placed at the beginning of the month are processed within no later than 9 weeks. Need it sooner for an important competition? We offer a fast track option (for an additional charge). Just drop us a message, and we’ll check with our tailor if it’s possible to speed things up for you.

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns since our competition jackets are custom-made just for you. So make sure you check your measurements before picking the right size.

Mistakes happen (though it’s very rare!), but if something is wrong with your design, we’ll fix it as quickly as possible. Repairs are always our priority, as we’re committed to extending the lifespan of our products and reducing textile waste. Keep in mind that damage from excessive or long-term use doesn’t qualify as a fault. If you’ve damaged your jacket by accident or through long-term wear, let us know—we’ll likely be able to repair it for a small fee.
