Warranty & Repair Service

Each of our products comes with a two-year warranty because we believe clothing should last as long as possible. We put great effort into perfecting every detail of our designs, but if you notice an issue, we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Our priority is repair, not replacement, as we aim to extend the lifespan of our products and minimize textile waste. If the issue can be fixed, we will send the product to our tailoring workshop, where specialists who originally crafted it will handle the repair.

How to file a complaint?

We encourage you to submit complaints via email without printing the form to reduce paper consumption.

 

2. Provide details about the issue

To process your complaint efficiently, please include:

  • Order number
  • Name of the product
  • Description of the imperfection

 

3. Wait for our response

Once we receive your request, we will carefully review it and our garment technologist will assess the issue. We’ll get back to you with the best possible solution.

 

P.S. Please note that damages resulting from intense or improper use do not qualify for a complaint. However, if you accidentally damage your garment or it needs a little refresh, let us know — we can likely repair it for a small fee.
